STORAGE WATER FOR AGRICULTURAL USE
The Walker Basin Conservancy owns a portfolio of water rights, purchased with the primary goal of conveying freshwater to Walker Lake. In years when the Conservancy is unable to send their storage water (water from Bridgeport and Topaz Reservoirs) to Walker Lake, we have leased any available water back to farmers and ranchers in support of the agricultural community.
At this time, we are not accepting auction bids for storage water.
