The Walker Basin Conservancy, in partnership with federal, state, local, non-profit, tribal, business, and other community members, are collaborating to formally establish a Walker River Basin Watershed Planning Group.

The goals of the group are to identify landscape-scale watershed priorities and plan actions to address them that focuses on community engagement and finding multi-benefit solutions that balance ecological and community needs.
